For this historic, 86-year old repertory theatre, Ron denBroeder delivered an interactive lecture on annual-fund solicitation to board members. Utilizing the innovative tools Ron provided, the development team hopes to reach an aggressive $100,000 goal this Spring.

CASE COMPETITION WORKSESSIONS AT DREXEL.
Philadelphia: Ron denBroeder designed and delivered customized worksessions providing MBA candidates from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business with an advanced toolkit for case study analysis and presentation -- including simultaneous analyses of three cases in 60 minutes! The objective was to "strengthen teams' analytical skillsets and optimize their presentation techniques, so that these teams can be highly competitive" in Case Competitions nationwide, according to Drexel's Business of Ambition coordinator Kamina Richardson. Teams successfully competed in Case Competitions in Texas, Toronto, and Washington (where they placed second).
FORUM OF EXECUTIVE WOMEN, PHILADELPHIA
Jane Downey was awarded membership in the prominent “Forum of Executive Women” in Philadelphia, PA. She currently serves on the Mentoring and the Public Sector Leadership committees.

Jane Downey was recognized as an “Outstanding Educator” by the Insurance Society of Philadelphia for her programs on Risk Management, Directors and Officers Liability and Employment Practices Liability insurance. The society is devoted to providing ongoing executive education in Insurance and Risk management throughout the Delaware Valley.

EXECUTIVE WORKSESSIONS AT FOX SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.
Clarity developed a unique series of executive presentations/worksessions for the Fox School of Business, at the request of Co-Curricular Activities Chair Donna Ferrari. As a means of quickly involving new students in business strategy, incoming MBA candidates were put through a rapid-fire case analysis exercise with participation from local business leaders. Following these dynamic discussions, the visiting senior executives presented their own real-life business cases, facilitated by Clarity Concepts. The Executive Worksession format achieved three goals, as articulated by the Fox School:
Students learn tools to build high-performing teams
introduce students to real-life business strategy case analysis
provide an interface for students to learn about local businesses.

LEADERSHIP ORIENTATION AT FOX SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.
Temple University's Fox School of Business engaged Clarity Concepts to host and conduct training in the Fox School's first annual Leadership Orientation for incoming students. Clarity presented team-leadership curriculum, innovation skills-building exercises, and group case work. The MBA teams engaged in rapid-fire brainstorming, leadership challenges, and spirited discussions of real-life corporate leadership issues. A good time was had by all!

Jane Downey coordinated an interactive, dynamic presentation involving audience participation and creativity exercises. The well-received seminar featured Ron denBroeder speaking on Innovation in the Risk Management industry. U.S. NAVY INNOVATION TRAINING EVENT
At the invitation of the U.S. Navy’s Supply Systems Command, Ron denBroeder gave a detailed presentation on the benefits of business creativity on the individual and group level, followed by a structured visioning and brainstorming worksession. The session was attended by over 20 of the Syscom’s top managers as part of their monthly training program. Ron introduced his recently completed Naval Innovation Field Guide, which served as textbook for the event.
